Ordered regular Meatball Marinara Sandwich, fries, fountain drink. Cost was $13.46. This was my first visit. Had to order at kiosk. Upon receiving my sandwich, I was informed that fry machine was down (bummer). Wish I had known that when I ordered. Sandwich taste was good but nothing special. I liked the sandwich bread.

This sandwich shop is located in the Baylor Medical center Truitt bldg on the lower level. The main cafeteria closes at 7:30 but this place stays open until 1:30am. This sandwich chain lacks an identity. If you asked me what was one thing at Which Which that they are really known for, I would be at a loss. Everything is OK but nothing is outstanding. I would not go out of my way for any if it. I tried their sandwiches on 3 separate days. They were all just ok. Nothing to rave about. They made me a Philly cheese steak using roast beef and it was ok but it was not a Philly cheese steak. I had a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Again, not great. It didn't taste like Buffalo chicken. And I had a roast beef sandwich with tomatoes and hot pepper mix. The hot pepper mix was really a giardinaria variation which is made with oil and chopped green olives so it was salty and oily and they forgot the tomatoes. The fries and the sandwiches are luke warm at best. They blast the music like if you were at a bar. The employees were friendly and pleasant but the loud music and all of the side talk amongst employees did not make me feel at home.

Best place to have best sandwich. Damien, my man, have a magic to serve the best sandwich in Dallas. I would highly recommend this place to visit. This is located in Truets cafe inside Baylor Scott white hospital.

BOMB SANDWICHES! The food here is made fresh to order. They're the best place to eat here! Super nice people as well!

Give a 2 star b/c it was convenient and IK other location would have add what a customer wants. Ok first time at this location, so I bought a Philly cheese steak combo. Tell me why the customer have to fill out an order form stating what you want if the dumb employees are not going to add or subtract what the customer wants. They didn't even ask or say at the least we can't add your request or something they make to there liking and wrap it up and call out the customer name and on your way and don't realize it until your gone upstairs to the patients room. Paid $15 and some change for what I wanted and needed up getting what they wanted to add to the sandwich. Useless employees if they are not going to say or add what the customers request. Make sure you check your meal before you leave.
